• Account information: Name, email address, and shipping address for physical digest delivery.
• Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV codes on our servers.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions with our content, collected through Vercel Analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver your digital and physical Bingebrief editions.
• Process membership fees and subscription payments.
• Send transactional emails related to your subscription (confirmations, shipping updates, renewal notices).
• Improve our content and user experience through anonymized analytics.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe using industry-standard TLS encryption. We never have access to your full payment details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

4. Shipping Information

Your shipping address is collected at checkout and used exclusively for delivering your physical digest every six months. We share your address only with our fulfillment and shipping partners as required for delivery within Canada.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for the duration of your active subscription plus 12 months after cancellation. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand site performance and visitor patterns. These tools collect anonymized, aggregated data and do not use cookies for tracking. No personally identifiable information is shared with third-party advertisers.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe -- payment processing
• Vercel -- hosting and analytics
• Canada Post / shipping carriers -- physical digest delivery
